Classes
Sheepdog Yoga is a mobile service that makes yoga accessible and affordable to groups of professionals as well as individuals. Our yoga teacher will come to the location of your choice with all the necessary equipment, so you don’t have to travel or worry about mats, pillows or bands. Classes can be scheduled before work, after work, in between shifts and just about any time that is convenient for your group.
By learning about and practicing yoga in the setting of your own work, community or home, you can better integrate yoga into your life and experience the benefits on an ongoing basis.
